Quotations' online and consequently generating 'Performa Invoice'
complete with Buyers address, Delivery address (if different from buyer's) ,
Dispatch time, Buyer's reference number, Special instructions and other
details and thereafter sending it to the buyer via e-mail almost
instantaneously.
Below is a short procedure to use the site
effectively:
- Enter the quantity of each item you wish to purchase against the Item Catalogue (For unit packs, the quantity should be in multiple of the unit quantity)
- Click 'Add to Cart' button at the botton of each page
- Once you have finished shopping, click 'Proceed to checkout'
- If you are a registered user, enter your User Name and Password
- Otherwise, kindly Register in any of the five categories : Doctors, Hospitals, NGO, Purchase Agency, Distributor and then enter your user name and password
- If you wish to change the Delivery address from the address in your registration form, you may do so by Clicking the 'Change Address' option. You may also enter your Reference Number and Special instructions.
- Finally click 'Submit Order'
- The system will generate the Proforma Invoice and send it to your e-mail address.
- You may Confirm the Proforma via e-mail and alternatively ask for additions, modifications and deletions via e-mail
- Payment will be done by the conventional method: Bank Transfer
- You may check your complete details of Pending and Confirmed orders at one point from the 'Check your order status' icon available on each page which gives details about the status of the shipment, shipping details etc
